REGULAR MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

1. These rules are a general guide to the type of members desired in the Builders Exchange of Lansing.
2. Firms who conduct their business of a high ethical level, and fulfill their contracts and obligations are eligible.
3. The Exchange desires to develop a membership designed to assure skill, integrity and responsibility.
4. Unless special permission by the Board of Directors is granted, it is required that applicants must be established one year or more in the construction trades.
5. Those who are engaged in any branch of the construction industry are eligible.
6. Prospective member's names shall be approved by the membership committee and the Board of Directors.

Annual Dues of $450.00 are payable upon receipt of application.

Please note the cost for the upgraded on-line plan room is $550 annually. This fee is in addition to your regular dues

On the basis of the forgoing information I hearby apply for membership in The Builders Exchange of Lansing and Central Michigan, and I pledge to do all in my power to carry out the objectives of the Exchange as set forth in its By-Laws
